Introducing RSN’s Certified Trainer Mr. Mohammed Ayas

Rohingya Students Network

Meet Mr. Mohammed Ayas, a Rohingya teacher, graduated with Botany from Sittwe University, and a participant of RCBP (Rohingya’s Capacity Building Pilot).


Mr. Mohammed Ayas received a six months intensive trainings from RSN and has taken an initiative to educate Rohingya students.

The 2nd period of RCBP is designed for the trained individual like Hafsa to take their own initiative and share their learning with the wider reach community.

I am Mohammed Ayas and 31 years old. I completed university in 2011 with botany subject. After that l was a teacher of middle school and l have been teaching to more students it is my profession. I fled to Bangladesh with my family to survive from the genocide of Myanmar military in 2017. Now l am living with my family in the world largest refugee camp of Bangladesh .As l am a member of Rohingya student network (RSN), l am trying to build up the political capacity to rohingya community.


l am proud of myself for being a participant of RCBP program, l received more trainings during six months. My skills are developed through the following trainings and lt is very helpful in my life.

• Introduction Human Rights

• Human Rights Documentation

• Project Management

• Organizational Behaviours

• Civil Education

• History of rohingya

l have learned more unknown things from the RCBP program such as international justice mechanism , leadership skills , project management, effective advocacy and human right documentation. After learning this kind of things l study more books about human rights and now l am interested to fight for human rights. RCBP program makes me build up my capacity by providing necessary trainings.


As l am teacher , my dream was to produce more educated people. After receiving various kind of trainings through RCBP program, my dream is changed to the capacity building of youths by providing trainings . Now l want to fight for our denied equal rights with RSN.
