Participating in the Rohingya Capacity Building Pilot(RCBP) through Rohingya student network (RSN) has been improving experience that broadened my knowledge and enriched various skills. The diverse range of topics- Research methodology, Effective advocacy, History of Arkan, Photojournalism & Organizational behaviour, equipped me with numerous new skills. The best thing about RCBP was that, it approach to promote not only individual development but also insisting to do awareness on different topics like as Gender Base Violence, Human right and Advocacy. Leadership, Project Management & Research Methodology brought positive changes in my organization behaviour and deepened my understanding of crucial issues.

Before attending the trainings from RSN , my dream was to learn new things to be strong enough capacity inside me to improve my community. Now, my dream is to be a perfect visual designer and to learn more about health and hygiene. In camp level, there are so many people and children who have been facing outbreak diseases and chronic diseases. My dream is to help them through health messages. I also want to promote education, human rights and gender equality specially within the Rohingya community. I want to build up the strong educational foundation of our young generation with the learning from RCBP.
